Mushara Lodge is strategically situated just 8 km from the Von Lindequist Gate on the eastern boundary of the renowned Etosha National Park in Namibia. The centerpiece of the park is the expansive 4,731 km² salt pan, the largest of its kind in Africa, offering mesmerising views of a shimmering white crust of salt crystals that extend as far as the eye can see.
Mushara Lodge is named after the Purple Pod Terminalia tree, which abundantly grows on the lodge grounds and in the surrounding areas. The lodge provides a tranquil oasis on the doorstep of Etosha National Park, offering visitors the opportunity to witness Namibia’s captivating wildlife dramas unfold against the backdrop of the park’s unique landscape.
The lodge boasts a variety of accommodation options designed to cater to different preferences and group sizes. Ten spacious thatched chalets, one family unit, a triple room, and two single rooms are available for guests. The chalets are arranged in a horseshoe shape around a large swimming pool, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere.
All accommodations at Mushara Lodge are generously equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, mosquito nets, minibars, safes, tea and coffee stations, sockets for charging storage batteries, and direct telephone connections. The bathrooms are en-suite with separate toilet facilities. While the chalets and single rooms offer showers, the triple room and family house provide both showers and baths. Wi-Fi is accessible in both rooms/tents and common areas.

The Family House offers 2 bedrooms (1 x Twin Room and 1 x Double Room) each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. The Family House accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
